If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within fifteen (15) days after the delivery date for orders shipped within the United States.

All items are thoroughly inspected for defects before shipping.

RETURN FOR A REFUND

BALINGARA.COM will gladly accept your return.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

The item must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The item must be returned with all unaltered internal garment tags and designer labels still attached.

The item must be in its original packaging. Please include the original box and all other packaging.

If the item is damaged or missing tags, the buyer may be responsible for the value lost.

BALINGARA.COM reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.

Sale items.

Merchandise purchased in Puerto Rico or outside of the United States.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to return your purchase, email us at hello.balingara@gmail.com and include images of the item(s) you would like to return.

If eligible for return, place the item(s) you wish to return and the original packaging in a secure box.

Attach the return shipping label to your sealed package with the sender’s address and the correct recipient address.

Send back the package via your nearest USPS or UPS location.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

REFUNDS

We will process your refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For US orders, the cost of the product, including sales tax, will be refunded.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
