PROCESSING
We process most orders within 1–3 business days after purchase. Before shipping, we prepare your items, perform quality checks, and package everything carefully.
In rare cases, an item may be out of stock. If this happens, we will email you and you may choose a replacement item or a refund.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier performance. Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or remote delivery areas.
At this time, we ship within the United States only via UPS and USPS.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
